Order, Delivery & Refund Policies

ORDERS


Last Minute Order Policy:

When you order from me, expect your order to be done 48-72 hours later. 0-1 day is considered last-minute and a fee will be applied if I am able to do it.


Payment Policy:

All orders must be paid in full before delivery/pick up date.


Budgets:

I will do my best to accommodate to your budget, but pricing is not guaranteed.


Refund Policy:

All orders are ineligible for a refund after receiving your order. SEE REFUND POLICY for more details.


Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your order 4-5 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2-3 days prior, a 50% refund will be provided. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.


Borrowing & Lending Policy:

If you borrow any of my products such as my two-tier trays, wooden serving trays, or knife set, and they are misplaced or damaged, there will be an additional fee. You must return within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Policy


All Rose Gold Charcuterie custom boxes keep the product chilled at 40 degrees for 48 hours or more.

The delivery should arrive on your scheduled delivery date at the same time as your usual FEDEX or UPS drop off but we do not guarantee any specific time. Rose Gold  is not responsible for delays on the part of FEDEX or UPS and can not control delays due to weather (although we wish we could!). We will issue a refund if the package is delivered more than 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date (48 hours after it leaves our facility) with the exception of delays due to major weather events out of our, FEDEX or UPS's control.

If you choose to order close to a major holiday and your package is delayed due to weather events out of our control, we will not issue a refund.

If your package is damaged due to extreme weather conditions outside of our control and your package has left our facility, we will not issue a refund.

If you need the shipment for a specific occasion, make sure to have it arrive at least one day early to be safe. FEDEX or UPS can deliver as late as 11PM to some locations. Boards stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the package can be received at the specified delivery address. We do not issue refunds for product that was delivered on time and left in the box for an extended period of time after delivery.

Rose Gold  is not responsible for customers eating food that is out of temperature and has been sitting out. Our boards should arrive cold and should be served at room temperature. Do not consume your board if it does not arrive cold.

During major holidays, we may add a shipping surcharge for delivery on specific dates.

Delivery Info


Processing Time:

We process our orders within 1-2 business days. If an order is needed outside of that timeline please contact us so we can attempt to meet that need.

Availability:

Orders within 25 miles are scheduled automatically for delivery. Orders outside of 25 miles are scheduled for shipping. Orders can be shipped within the United States. Rose Gold Charcuterie is not offering international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates are determined based on your location and shipping distance and selected by you at checkout.

Deliveries require a minimum purchase amount of $35 to qualify for delivery and charge a delivery fee.

Refund Policy


Since our products are all perishable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product ships, which is acknowledged prior to purchasing any product on our Website. Please make sure that you carefully read product descriptions and our delivery process before placing your order.


If you would like a refund on an order that has not shipped yet, you must email us 7 business days prior to placing your order; we will issue you store credit.


Lost or stolen orders after delivery will not be reimbursed or re-made. Please ensure you (or your delivery recipient) is home between the delivery window. Contact us in advance if you need to rearrange a different date or time.


If you are sending someone a delivery as a gift, please make sure you are providing the recipient’s correct phone number in case we run into any issues.


GRAZING TABLES:


A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to confirm your event's date. You can reschedule your grazing table or use your deposit as a credit towards other products on our website. You must let us know a minimum of 6 weeks before your event if any changes are to occur.
