As the Owner and Curator of Rose Gold Charcuterie, Art has always been a form of expression to me. I fondly remember drawing pictures and expressing my artistic passion as a child. I continued my passion as an adult through short writings and canvas paintings. One of my most outstanding achievements is making and providing a home for my husband and our three children. My passion for art continued throughout the years, and during my family’s growth, charcuterie became the medium. I created charcuterie boards for family get togethers, parties, weddings, and work functions upon request.
The popularity of my boards, the continued recommendations from family, friends, and small businesses to whom I have provided my artful culinary designs and my passion for creating, prompted me to create Rose Gold Charcuterie.
To continue providing creative ways to make charcuterie art on any platter, table, or a cigar box for new friends that I meet. Every board or box is a blank canvas. I love to see all the different colors and textures of foods that pair with imported wine and great home brewed Meads. I love seeing the gatherings and conversations with the food that brings celebrations together.

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickups are by appointment only at an agreed upon location when placing your order.
What time will you arrive to set up for my event?
For all onsite catering orders, we will arrive two hours prior to service time to set up.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options? What if I have food allergies?
We provide gluten-free crackers, vegan cheese, nut-free and pork-free options upon request. Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.
Can I put my board in the refrigerator overnight?
Wrap in plastic food wrap and consume within 24 hours. We recommend you take the board out 30 minutes prior to serving. Our boxes and boards are best served at just below room temperature. If you are planning on doing this, please let us know so we can package the cheeses accordingly.
Are the flowers and herbs edible?
Our organic violas and pansies are edible. All others are for decoration only.
